I applied online on 26 January, 2011, through www.ceoandhra.nic.in for transfer of my voter identity card status from Secunderabad Cantonment to L B Nagar. My application number is 582655. The application number of my wife is 582853. I applied online for it reading about it in Telugu daily Eenadu. They wrote that you would issue a new voter identity card within a week’s time involving the participation of postmen in this process to speed it up. Nothing happened in this regard during the last 15 days. Whenever I check about its status, the following automated message is appearing on it “Your Application No. 582655 Status to be updated by ERO”. I don’t know whether you died or he died recently.
I knew that you are a senior IAS officer. You folks talk a lot of nonsense when get selected to these posts of civil services in India clearing UPSC exams. You do almost nothing after assuming these positions except sitting in your comfortable seats and issuing a few press notices. It means that IAS officers are worse than dogs and donkeys in this nation. I declare that you are such nasty idiot of this nation. If you are still living and are supposed to carry out your duties honestly and promptly to do justice for the salary and other benefits you are getting from the Government of India, check the following points and alert yourself. I don’t expect answers from lunatics like you. Just read them and celebrate your existence.
1. Does anybody in your department care your orders? If yes, why did not anybody update information regarding my online applications for new voter identity cards even after 15 days?
2. I think that worthless public servants like you must be hanged publicly to make common people like me believe that democracy can be restored in this highly polluted and disorderly nation soon. Let me know why you believe that you should not be shot dead or hanged publicly by conscious Indians like me.
3. I state that voter identity cards in India are worse than tissue papers used by many foreigners to clean their bottoms in toilets. You are unable to give me even such tissue papers in time. So, I can compare you with rag pickers. They are living honestly in India removing waste stuff from this land. You are not living even like them. You are a worthless, shameless, brainless and useless public servant. If you disagree with me, provide me with clarifications, which make me believe that you are still living.
4. I think I am an honorable citizen of India unlike you. I expect things to happen in time, not anytime. Since you could not deliver me my voter identity cards in time, as promised earlier through newspapers, I think I have moral right to call you ‘a bed-ridden patient with comatose state of existence’. Why are you remaining in this position when you know that you are mentally retarded or dead? Is it to kill democracy further in this already ruined nation? Are you not an anti-social element from this perspective?
Words like bastard, rogue, criminal, sinner, idiot, scoundrel, lunatic are there to describe the qualities and appearances of loafers like you in India. Old and morally dead Manmohan Singh says that he cannot disclose the names of those bastards, who saved millions of Indian money in foreign banks. Madam Sonia Gandhi extends her helpless hand to dirty scoundrels like Karuna Nidhi and Chiranjeevi to somehow retain her status at the top of it. I think your track record of crimes and sins as a public servant is more bearable than that of these nuts. Are you expecting Supreme Court of India to write to you and correct you in this regard? When do you awake and play your role to save this nation from further degradation. I pity you. A dog on street barks at others to exert the power of its existence on this holy land of India. Our farmers are growing crops to make us live. You are spoiling the system of governance and public participation in this nation through your complacency and negligence in delivering what you are supposed to do as CEO of this state. I cannot compare you with dogs and donkeys also. They are better than you.
I often go to see films in cinemas. Recently I saw a newsreel twice or thrice in a cinema in which somebody informs the general public on how to get voter identity cards and play an active role to restore democracy in India. I don’t know if it is you or somebody else. You are not a celebrity. So, nobody likes to see your photo or remember you after coming out of a cinema. Film actors are entertaining us working hard to impress us through their acting, dances and fights. Circus folks are amusing many people through their tricks. Prostitutes are satisfying the unfulfilled desires of many creatures as part of their social service. Transvestites are begging on streets to somehow live in this holy land. Everybody is doing something considerable to make others recognize their existence. You are worse than all these creatures. You are a senior IAS officer for position sake but actually you are a helpless parasite on public money. You cannot live outside. Mosquitoes squeeze blood from us. You are squeezing public money from India.
Many old and young Indians already decided not to participate in democracy at all. A few innocent fellows like me desire to get voter identity cards and vote for some bloke during elections. Nothing disastrous happens in India if you don’t issue me these cards and I don’t vote during elections but we need to play some passive roles at least as citizens of this nation. My idea is to meet this requirement in applying for it online. If you don’t issue it to me in time, how long can I leave a little space in my brain about the progress in this regard? I have better things to do than thinking and worrying about these laminated tissue papers issued by you. How long do you torture Indians like this? Please die and save us.
The duty of a public servant like you is to serve people and get alms from us for the labor you are doing for us. Worthy ones are moving to private sector because talent and hard work are identified, valued and encouraged there. Lazy and shameless dogs and bitches like you are entering and remaining in public sector only till old age. This is why India is like this now. IAS means ‘Indian Ass Service’. Dirty rogues like you brought such name to this service. I know that you won’t die after reading all this. You stopped living with self-respect and courage as an individual and public servant years ago.
Your predecessor Subba Rao is also such dirty dog. He ruined the process of democracy in this state earlier. I experienced it before, during and after the elections conducted in this state during his period. He went to central services to ruin some systems of rule even there. IAS officers, who are supposed to develop this nation, applying their intelligence and vision, are actually ruining this nation now. UPSC is recruiting spineless parasites like you to deface the beauty and status of this nation. You turned into loyal and obedient dogs to corrupt and unethical politicians. You are doing what they are telling you instead of you telling them what you should do to develop this nation. When IAS officers fail in this nation, politicians exploit it like dacoits. This is what Raja and Chiranjeevi are doing now. One stole public money like a dirty robber. The other turned into a shameless dog to earn money and political power somehow.
If you have self-respect and courage to face me, you can take me to the High Court of Andhra Pradesh or the Supreme Court of India. They are doing a little social service now minding the interests of people. So, I want to see those great justices once. I wrote this letter to provoke you and make you do something against me. I beat you very little with this stick. We two can fight powerfully if you file a case against me at any of the two courts of law specified above. I prefer Supreme Court of India.
I am sending this letter to your email id because I want to save paper to that extent. Deforestation and global warming are threats to humanity now. I am not a silent criminal and sinner like you ruining India and exploiting public money. So, I don’t get scared to make my existence known to others.
