DELL-GO TO HELL

I bought a DELL computer (Inspiron) four months ago for 25000 rupees. I ordered it online. They sent it promptly. They also sent a customer service executive from Secunderabad. He came and did a little on my computer system. He left my abode within ten minutes asking me to fill a form of his office. It is his proof to show to the people of DELL that he worked adequately on my new computer system, which he did not do at all in reality.

I requested the son of my house owner to install those things on my computer using the CDs DELL people sent me in their parcel by Blue Dart. He did it to some extent. Later another friend of mine, who is into hardware, did something more on my computer system. He could not install four drivers on my computer system but three only. Every time I start my computer, an error message appears stating that a driver is blocked due to system incompatibility. I hate such regular messages from my computer system.

I contacted Ms. Uma at Bangalore, the sales woman that sold me this computer system, yesterday. She told that she was busy and that she would call me back. It never happened. I called her up again. They did not pick it up at their end. Her Excellency Uma sold a computer to me. She was happy with that. She does not expect any complain related calls from her nasty customers like me. So, this great woman neglected me altogether, neither attending my call nor calling on her own. I could do nothing with her because she already sold me computer.

I checked online for the DELL customer service executive numbers. DELL is a nasty website according to my understanding. When you are searching for a speck of information related to your issue, you would be flooded with a sea of information which you don’t/can’t understand/need. You can find such information on Google website also. They indirectly advise you not to call them for anything unless it is something that yields them instant money. Buying a computer or placing an ad on their network is what they expect from you Indian dog or bitch. I am deliberately using these words to mean that only animals are living in India today. They go with the system. It is the nature of animals only.

I somehow managed to find out some numbers. I called them up from my cellular phone. There is a series of automated telephonic responses. One has to carefully travel through them before understanding whom to call for our specific issue. DELL rogues irritated me this way yesterday. I bore with them because I bought a computer system from them unfortunately. I did not have time or money to file a case against them right now. If I have to do it, I must do it on the Chief Justice of India first. I don’t have time to attend all these animals now.

An educated customer service executive attended my call at last and asked me for my service tag number. I never heard that term. So, I did not have it readily with me. She put down the phone. She is the honorable intellectual and social reformer of our nation. So, she avoids phone calls from nuts like me who do not know even minimum terminology related to computers. I had no chance to deal with her. I left her.

I filled up their online complaint form and submitted after this bitter experience as the last resort yesterday. Their executive called me up this morning from Bangalore and asked me about my computer problem. He said that they can do it from there itself. I was out of my home then. Asked him to SMS a phone number at which I can call later this day when I get back to home. He neither sent me an SMS nor called me up later. I bore with him also because I bought DELL, an international brand computer.

All I wanted is one from Hyderabad who can come down to me and repair my system, if any. They could not do it. Their comfortable and luxurious customer care executives sit in their offices in Bangalore and expect exact answers to their automated questions. If you can answer them, you are saved. Otherwise, you remain one of their victims.

International companies like DELL want our money when we buy their computers. Later they torture us like anything because they don’t like rendering such service to us which wastes their time and does not give them money. They are here to make money, not to satisfy their customers. They do everything from Bangalore, Mumbai or Delhi only. They are global citizens.

Never blame others without questioning yourself. I have a number of offices around me which sell many brands of computers. I did not visit them and buy one from them. Instead, I called those rogues in Bangalore and got this system delivered from there. They manufacture them in their Chennai factory and send based on orders. Selling is their project. Rest is our fate.

Customer service executives are a hellish lot when it comes to handling our issues. DELL is just one of these lots of trash companies in India.

I like to compare this case with another event so that you can understand the crux of this issue better.

One month ago I bought a local made air cooler (Samrat brand) for 2600 rupees at a store in Vanasthalipuram. Poor Hyderabad technicians would have made it somewhere at Purana Haveli or so. The shopkeeper told me that it has six month warranty. When I brought it home and started using to cool myself, it delivered well. Once I got a little problem with it, a guy came and repaired it. I am still happy with its service capability. I did not buy a famous company brand because my situation is not good now in terms of budgetary allocations for temporary needs or comforts. They sell it at high prices and spend part of that money for Ram Charan Tej or Mahesh Babu, brand ambassadors to corporate companies. Poor technicians in Hyderabad can’t hire Ram Charan and so they sell their goods at affordable prices only. If you are poor, buy them. If you are rich, avoid them.

Intellectual Ram Charan advises us that Youngistan gets Vivacious after sipping “Jorunna Pepsi”. I mean we get refreshed and reenergized drinking this carbonated water. We have rogues and criminals in India today campaigning for the development of these corporate companies. They are celebrities. They say something. We do anything for them. This is the market mantra in India. Great no! What an idea sirji!

Asin conducts a test and announces who has zero dandruff. What an inspiring beauty of India leading other girls in India?! Katrina drinks drops of a fruit juice and we must buy it because our queen is there supporting that brand.

Corporate companies like DELL spend more money on ads and unnecessary things like Coca Cola and Pepsi do it in India widely. First your brand name must be seen and heard everywhere whichever country you enter to spoil irrevocably. So, you wound see and hear these banners and sounds in every part of India. I mean the marketing stuff of Pepsi and Coca Cola.

Why are millions of Indian youth drinking these harmful drinks? Because it is their fashion! To do something, which many are doing! Simple madness!

Is carbonated water good for health? Answer is ‘no’.

Then why are you drinking it?

Because we drink the urine and feces banned in some other parts of the world because we Indians are essentially beggars and sinners. We want something fashionable; it is ok even if it is poison or filth in dustbins.

Indra Nooyi tops list of influential Indian women because she is bringing millions of rupees to Pepsi selling gallons of poisonous drinks to Indians every day and night. Indian intellectual and social reformer Padma Bhushan Mega Star Chiranjeevi once went to those factories and checked their quality. He advised us to take those drinks because he checked them in those laboratories. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the MIT. So, we can follow his advice. These are the standards and values of our celebrities. They sell you dead bodies also spraying perfumes on them if you are ready to buy them believing in their intellectual advice.

Three months ago I sent an SMS to a suggested number asking them to put me in that list of people who do not wish to receive unsolicited message from others. Anil Ambani did not do it till now. Reliance also got a bunch of mad dogs and bitches because it has been my experience for the last four years as their valued and esteemed customer. They want my money. They are getting it. Anil failed in the case against his brother Mukesh. He does not put me in “Do Not Call” in near future. Whom should I kill for this blunder by Reliance bastards?

I am not happy with DELL people. So, what can I do? I should not buy any gadget from those who are inaccessible to me in terms of physical distance. Why should somebody sitting in Bangalore should address my issue of computer in Hyderabad and ask me to get it done from there itself?

When I am a fool, I get entrapped in a web of issues on my own. This happened in case of DELL computer at my abode. I can carry on my works well even if they don’t attend my computer at all. I can call a local technician to attend it. My struggle is to let you know that “DELL is also a nasty company”.

Consider these issues in this direction:

1. Corporate brands want your money, not service to you uselessly. Mind it.

 2. Buy an Indian brand always, that too in a facility accessible to you. You cannot run after them once your money is in their hands. They are not interested in you any more. They are organized and authorized public thieves and dacoits in India. Manmohan and Sonia are their bosses.

 3. If you want to be fashionable, you would die soon. Drink Pepsi, Coca Cola and all types of liquor to express your status but don’t pull others also into this trap of bad habits. Let them die a little after your departure.

4. India is a bloody nation today. Nobody is bothered about you if you are raped, killed or robed somewhere. It is just negligible news for all. So, it is your responsibility how to conduct yourself minding your safety and security, today and tomorrow. Don’t believe in corporate companies.

5. Customer service executives are automated human machines. Don’t expect much help from them. More so, if it is something like BSNL, a government entity. They don’t mind your complaints for ages.

6. Be simple and honest with as many people as people. If you do many things just to satisfy others for courtesy sake, you remain a victim of that environment soon. Because you always accepted their carelessness and negligence toward you, they don’t care you much later even if you have a complaint or suggestion. You are just a nut to them.

7. India is in a very dangerous condition now. Your intelligence or vision can’t help you. So, either be a millionaire or a pig. With money you can buy anything and a pig never cares even if a thousand people are shouting around it. Only influential and complacent people can live happily in this nation. Others die regularly. Know who you are and how you should live.

8. LPG means Liberalization, Privatization and Globalization. In short, we are living in a global village now! Anything may or may not happen here despite your carelessness or complaints or suggestions. So, either be accustomed to this corrupt and undisciplined system, or go to some other country like New Zealand, Denmark, or an African country. Indians kill you slowly. Why being here when you are not wanted here? Only helpless and useless guys like me stay back here.

I say that DELL people are rogues; even those promoting the harmful brands of corporate companies in India, particularly dogs and bitches of India from film and sports arena. Don’t drink their urine and eat their feces if they endorse it as healthy and useful to you.

I have no time now to file cases against anybody. I am provoking others to do it. But, it is not happening at all. When you love a dog barking at you, you should throw a stone or stick when it is resting somewhere. I am doing it now. I am throwing stones and sticks at many rogues living in this nation now. Nobody is barking back at me. Perhaps they too don’t have time to bark at me because they have bitches to care for. I will handle them better in near future.

What a pity to be a sensitive and conscious Indian today in this bloody nation?

You know the fuss and mess taking place here but you can’t kill all of them because weapons are in the hands of wrong people to aim at right people.

I start somewhere and end somewhere, touching many related and unrelated issues in between. India is a country of mad men and women. Such people write and read such disorderly stuff only because there is no order in Indians or in India today.
