This morning I read a
news item in the main edition of Telugu daily Eenadu. The essence of this report is that the Human Rights
Commission of Andhra Pradesh, criticized an act of Centre for Cellular and
Molecular Biology (CCMB), which is in Hyderabad. They conducted DNA tests for
the blood samples of a woman and her child. Ramesh, the husband of this woman,
wanted these tests for his personal needs and clarifications. The SHRC folks
feel that CCMB should not conduct tests of this order without the permission
and referral of an authoritative body. It stated that such tests should not be
conducted based on the interests of individuals. Such actions lead to breakdown
of families. They ordered for police enquiry in this regard. According to them,
CCMB is committing crimes and sins this way.
I felt furious about
the folks of SHRC in this respect for the following reasons.
1. Ramesh is a
citizen of India, a democratic country, according to the understanding of special
intellectuals like Manmohan Singh. Traditional Indians, in general, expect
their life partners to be loyal to them, physically and mentally. In the
present times, we cannot perfectly understand and believe that the mind of a
life partner is filled with the thoughts of his or her other half only because
there are so many distractions around us. We can understand and forgive this
aspect of present Indian way of life. A good husband or wife certainly wants his
or her life partner to be exclusively dedicated to him or her only in matters
of physical intimacy, which may be meant for sensual joy or reproduction, when
their relationship is based on marriage or otherwise. If Ramesh wanted those
blood samples to be tested in CCMB, it implies that he wanted to ascertain the
purity of his wife as a life partner to him, in matters of acts that led to
reproduction. His doubt must be “Is he/she my baby or not?” To know it, he went
for those tests. If his wife is pure to that extent and she gave birth to that
child as a consequence of her marital and conjugal life with her husband only,
why should she object it? She must be happy to realize that her husband is a
good person because good persons mostly want their folks to be good like them.
Why should Human Rights Commission find fault with the act of CCMB in this
regard?
2. Human Rights
Commission has no moral authority to indulge in the liberty of individuals.
Every individual has natural authority to define and describe the concept of
purity in matters related to his or her personal or professional life. HRC is
not superior to individuals. It is not comprised of gods and goddesses but a
few old legal folks who join them for the sake of salaries and other benefits
from the respective state and central governments. They are not controlling
sins and crimes in any part of India but silently observing them like police
and lawyers. They settle some cases for the sake of proving their existence as
a legal body. Anybody consults them as a last resort only in exceptional cases.
Such a unit of government, which has no image of its own at all, from the
perspective of ordinary Indians, who are being cheated and hurt every day, in
many parts of India, for various reasons and in different ways, should remain
as a dilapidated house only but should not assert its existence once a year or
so in this manner. It is like a dead body. Corpses should not act or react. We
cannot watch that poor drama.
3. We search for good
vegetables from bad ones when we go to a grocery store. We want to marry good
girls and boys. Everybody likes the concept of goodness. Ramesh also likes
goodness. He wanted his wife to be good. To know whether she is good or bad, he
resorted to DNA tests. I presume that Ramesh is not a psychopath but an
educated Indian. Such folks only know about the existence and activities of
units like CCMB. He wants a good wife and a good child. He thought that only
DNA tests can help him in this respect. He has liberty to do so. His wife has also
liberty to feel happier after checking those reports. CCMB seeks to test and
prove truths scientifically. Even individuals like truths. CCMB must guide
individuals also in that direction. CCMB is many times superior to HRC according
to my basic knowledge about its activities. HRC folks are not eligible to
comment against the scientists and other technicians representing CCMB. Truth
is more powerful than imagination and guess. If HRC folks live based on
imaginations and guesses about their greatness in the present society, CCMB
feels proud of it considering what it is actually doing to the humanity at
large. When many truths are being defaced and ruined in India, CCMB is trying
to unearth and prove some bitter truths at least. The case of Ramesh also belongs
to this sphere of human issues at large. CCMB can extend its services to
anybody or anything in this world. It is a scientific body of rational thinkers
but not an asylum of lethargic people like HRC.
4. I don’t believe in
the characters of 90% folks that represent state and central governments,
bureaucracy, judiciary and such other nominal bodies existing in India today
because most of them are sinners and criminals. This is a perfect truth, which
CCMB need not prove doing DNA tests in its labs. In this clumsy and unreliable
scenario of dirty politics and nasty rulers everywhere, sensible and sensitive Indians
like Ramesh cannot consult government or HRC before going for DNA tests because
it is his personal life and he does not like to make it a public issue. I
support the act of Ramesh and every such Indian. Every Indian must have courage
and intelligence to understand, realize, feel and celebrate the existence and
power of truth. The quest of Ramesh for truth is commendable. In case, his
character is bad, his life partner and child too have moral authority to fight
against him in every possible way, and know what the truth is. If we have a
good character, let others know about it widely. If tests and proofs are
required to establish and sustain a truth, let’s appreciate those mechanisms
and standards. Sinners and criminals fear truths because they are living in
lies. Idealists and visionaries go for any tests to any extent because they are
the admirable challengers of contemporary world. Personally, I feel happier if
somebody complains against me. It is an opportunity for me to prove what I am. CCMB
is exploring the form and power of truths scientifically. All are cordially
invited to utilize the services of these truth finders at CCMB. I don’t know
about those scientists but I like them because they are working for truth.
5. When girls are
being raped publicly, citizens of India are sleeping in their offices or
houses. When wives are being forced to act as prostitutes, police are sleeping
carelessly. When justice is not accessible and affordable for millions of
ordinary Indians, the lawyers, judges and courts of law are remaining silent.
When the people of India are being cheated and misguided every day, the shallow
creatures of state and central governments are enjoying their lives neutrally.
Is India safe today for anybody to live with a sense of pride and security?
What is HRC doing in this scenario? When they have no time, interest and
capability to discuss and resolve issues of this volume and magnitude, in many
parts of India, who asked them to comment against Ramesh and CCMB in this
manner. Lawyers and judges are worse than beggars and prostitutes in India.
Beggars have self-respect. They go away observing your face. Prostitutes charge
based on the sensual joy they are providing to their clients. Lawyers argue
cases in favour of rapists and psychopaths also because they search for money
on the dead bodies of rape victims also. Judges accept such cases also because
they want to spend their valuable time in some manner. They have no concern for
the law and justice meant for the right people but time to highlight the images
and characters of nasty rogues of India. If you check the cases pending at
various courts of India, about three crore cases, you realize that most of them
are meant for helping and guiding the sinners and criminals but not for
safeguarding the interests of good and helpless people of India. Lawyers want
such clients, who can pay them a lot of money. They are living for money but
not for dispensing justice to the right people. Ram Jethmalani is the boss of
such cruel advocates in India. He struggles for fame arguing the most unwanted
and unethical cases. The sinners of BJP, who project themselves as the
custodians of Hinduism in India, promote such rogues also in their parties. In
this dirty domain of Indian politics and judiciary, what is the image of HRCs
in India? How are they authorized to comment against CCMB? Why are they
bothered about the issue of Ramesh, his wife and child, when millions of other
cases are dying in courts of law itself in India every day? Shall we celebrate
the spirit and worth of HRCs in this scenario or shall we spit on their faces
in public places?
6. As a citizen of
India, I have moral authority to write anything about anybody in any manner
because this is the spirit of liberty, equality and fraternity, the fundamental
characteristics of democracy. If others have objections against me, they are
welcome to criticize me. If they are interested to admire me, they are free to
do so also. Am I essentially a good or bad person? When I don’t remain as a
good person only always, why should others admire me always? When I don’t think
and behave like a bad person only always, why should others consider me as a
bad person only always? Human nature is subject to change. Admiration
encourages us to live better than now because our virtues endear us to others.
Vice frightens us frequently because we know that one day others criticize or
beat us publicly. Unfortunately, sinners and criminals are remaining in
positions of authority in many parts of India now. They are not supporting and
upholding the power of truth. It means an ordinary Indian does not like to go
to a police station, court or other government agency, now, in search of truth
and struggle for justice, but do something immediately to satisfy his hurt ego
or ruined life. It means judiciary has been a big failure in India since
independence. There VVPs and VVIPs only get respected and heard. Other cases
remain on papers only because lawyers and judges like exciting and sensational
cases but not ordinary ones affecting and ruining the lives of millions of
Indians. I am living in such India. Ramesh is also living in the same India.
Can he ask a police, lawyer or HRC idiot to prove whether his wife is pure or
not? He cannot rely on human beings but machines and scientific approach.
Science has no partiality. Ramesh went for it. HRC has no invitation to
interfere in cases of this order. They must shut their mouths.
7. I often feel like
hanging the folks of HRCs and human rights activists publicly as it happens in
regions like United Arab Emirates. They sit comfortably in offices and homes
and talk nonsense in public places now and then about safeguarding the rights
of criminals also. Notorious rapists and killers also appear like great human
beings for them. They argue for justice for them but not victims of such
criminals in every part of India. Let’s safeguard the interests of sensitive
and sensible people first. Let’s allow ordinary Indians to live sensibly and
sensitively before that. I think HRCs are the supreme agencies in this massive
struggle and journey towards humanity at large, according to the Government of
India.
8. There is no law
and order in India now. We cannot get justice from police, lawyers and judges.
So, we are the best judges of our cases. Let’s resolve them. Let us do it
intelligently and strategically. I mean beat or kill somebody publicly or
secretly, in a way that does not present you like a criminal or sinner to
others later. When you act like a great judge in delivering justice to
yourself, immediately, you should not be caught by systems of governance, held
and run by a bunch of criminals and sinners in India now. You should react
fast, because you only know the intensity of pain and suffering you underwent
because of a sin or crime committed towards you by one or many. If you tell
others about it, they take it as a negligible case because millions of such
cases are pending at hundreds of courts in India.
Police treat a rape
victim like a prostitute if she goes to a police station after that incident to
her.
The cases and news
about VVIPs are being promoted like excellent matters by blokes of media in
India.
Our parents,
siblings, friends and well-wishers pity us when we are in troubles but don’t
resolve them.
Governments do almost
nothing for sensitive and virtuous people of India in the present scenario.
We can get very few
things done in India now without bribery, lobbying and recommendations.
Politicians are
interested in matters related to acquisition of power and retention of it only,
not people.
We may be hurt or
attacked by anybody in any part of India because India became so over the
years.
So,
You are responsible
for your safety, security, present, future and justice desired by you
immediately.
