FINAL SETTLEMENT
The following are the details of money we spent
after getting into the business venture with you through buying a paper cup machine
and preparing paper cups. You have to pay it completely to get out of this
case.

Sunshine International has to pay 1,82,000 rupees
into the bank account of Srujana Devi as early as possible failing to which
appropriate legal action will be taken by us. My bank account details are as
follows:

We will not accept even if one rupee is deducted
from the above said amount of money. We are final on it. There is no scope for
any arguments and clarifications in this regard.
We will send the machine and three bundles of
material to Sunshine through VRL Logistics after we receive this money. Sunshine
International has to collect this machine and three bundles paying all the
necessary charges in New Delhi.
