DEAR ARVIND

My dear Arvind Kejriwal,

My hearty congratulations to you and your team of individuals on becoming the rulers of Delhi, the capital of India, the biggest democracy in the world.

Aam Aadhmi means an ordinary person. Democracy must be a form of government where the ordinary people shall be treated as kings and queens. It is not happening in India now.

Ordinary people are being tortured and insulted everywhere. The ordinary people of Delhi chose you believing that you shall remain as an ordinary man only even after becoming the head of the throne of Delhi with your team. Hope you always remember this fundamental truth.

Different kinds of tourists and guests visit Delhi almost every day and night. Train and educate the agents of your government to treat them with love, kindness and respect.

There are many central offices in Delhi. Ensure that all those employees politely and honestly do their duties. A customer is greater than us in many respects. You know those words of Mahatma Gandhi.

There are many police in Delhi but I know that most of them are working like beasts and rogues now. Sensitize or sack them. If police fail, you will fail. Treat ordinary man also as VIP there also. If an ordinary man or woman comes with a complaint, let police take them seriously, always.

Police should attend calls and update information on their websites regularly. Most of those bloody idiots cannot speak basic English also. Give them Rapidex English-Hindi Speaking Course book and tell those buggers to learn basic English.

Delhi is responsible to 28 states and 7 union territories at the highest level of administration. They are not supposed to talk in Hindi only with all. English connects well in this scenario. Tell them at their ears loudly.

You took broomstick as the emblem of your political party. It means you sweep corruption and garbage off the lives of people of Delhi.

Recently you said that you are not going to investigate earlier cases of corruption but expecting everything to be honest and orderly hereafter. It’s like telling somebody that you would not see his filthy bottom but decorated face only. I consider you great leader only if you can hang about 100 corrupt officers in Delhi publicly.

See the film ‘Hindustani’ of Kamal Hasan of 2006 to know what you are supposed to do to change India. If Shankar could dream of such India through his extraordinary feature film, why can’t you implement it as the leader of Delhi?

Ask the folks of Supreme Court to allow you to hang just 100 rogues initially. If they look into law books to advise you or tell you to go to Parliament to make such acts, understand that you are living in a nasty capital of India. If you cannot change those sick lawyers and mentally retarted judges, who talk nonsense looking into outdated law books, you must make a secret team to kill all of them, first of all, one by one. They made the judicial system outdated and worthless in India since 1947.

There are hundreds of corrupt and lazy employees in Delhi, ruining its image. Please kill some of them at least. Some wrongdoers burned important documents in a section. Are you sitting around that fire to face winter winds? You must be like fire to burn criminals and sinners.

You cannot change corrupt and dishonest employees or people of Delhi through sweet words and peaceful measures but stringent and immediate punishments.

People hate you soon if you leave corrupt rogues. Remember that a democratically motivated politician cannot change Delhi now but a ruthless dictator only. Gandhi cannot change Indians now but Hitler only. You must be a great dictator.

Thinking that you can change Delhi in a democratic way, you started that political party and reached to this level. What you are going to achieve hereafter does not depend on your idealism but cruelty. Be ideal towards 10% good ones and ruthless towards 90% idiots and rogues in Delhi. Most of these wrongdoers are businessmen, politicians and highly influential ones. How do you change these beasts and buggers of India?

I love your thoughts and ideals. I have no hope that you can change Delhi because in history no gentleman could ever change thousands of criminals and sinners peacefully!

If I ever come to Delhi, I must be able to come to your office directly and hug you out of love for your standards and values. This is how I evaluate your status as the ruler of India. I will come to your office as an ordinary man. I will check how your government treats me in that scenario.

I presume that 2014 is going to be a nightmare to you. You are planning to change notorious criminals, in public life, offering them tea and biscuits!

Can you sleep peacefully among this many bastards of India!
